Three-Year-Old Resident Celebrates Birthday with Sheldon Oak

One of the youngest residents of Northeast Hartford Affordable Housing celebrated her third birthday last Friday at the Johnson-Stewart Community Center. Family, friends, staff and residents of Sheldon Oak were there for the party!
