How to Apply for an Apartment with Sheldon Oak Communities

​Sheldon Oak Communities accepts completed applications on a first-come first-served basis. We regretfully cannot hold any apartment while an application is being processed.  Please call management staff at 860-785-4430 or e-mail dparkman@millennium-realty.com to request an application.

The following additional documents will be required at the time of submission. 
  • Social Security cards for all members of the household 
  • Birth certificate for all members of the household 
  • Government-Issued Photo ID/ Driver’s License for all household members 18 years + 
  • $25 application fee for all household members 18 years + (excluding Project-Based Section 8 Extremely Low-Income homes). This fee must be in the form of a money order. 
  • Proof of Section 8 voucher/move in packet (if you are a voucher-holder)
  • Proof of Income for all members of the household
    • Last 6 consecutive pay stubs (if applicable)
    • SS/SSI benefits letter (if applicable)
    • TANF/TFA Public Assistance letter (if applicable)
