CRT's Hartford Emergency Food Pantry offers up to three days of food to individuals and families once a month. Case management services and assistance with other basic needs are also available at the resource centers.
The CRT Energy Assistance program helps pay heating bills for low and and middle income renters and homeowners.

HPL offers a number of services for Hartford residents, including career training, tutoring, resume services, citizenship assistance, and language classes.

COMPASS Peacebuilders is a youth violence mitigation and re-engagement program that mediates individual and group conflicts, and connects youth at risk of perpetrating or becoming a victim of violence to supports that will lead them to a more positive lifestyle.
