The rehabilitation of Sheldon Oak II was completed in mid-2000. Seventy-two attractive, landscaped apartments are linked to the downtown district by Pulaski Mall, which runs from the new Sheldon Oak II Resource Center to Main Street. The new Resource center houses a community computer lab, classroom space, and the offices of Sheldon Oak Central and the property manager.
