Constructed on the former Rice Heights public housing land, this development is home to 44 new owner-occupied homes for low and moderate-income families. Surrounded by green space, the homes are attractive three and four-bedroom Capes and Colonials with garages and basements. An additional five houses were completed by our development partner, Habitat for Humanity.
