In collaboration with Phillips CME Church, Sheldon Oak Central developed this 40-unit housing complex for low-income elderly men and women in Hartford's North End. The Church's social service arm coordinates needed services, and its congregation will be the source of volunteers. The site is conveniently within walking distance to public transportation, stores, banks, a health care facility and a senior center.
